ClassBet Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ClassBet ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on or using any part of classbet.biz, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

ClassBet operates as an online betting and casino platform. These Terms apply to all products and services available on classbet.biz, including sports betting, casino games, virtual sports, promotions and any other service offered now or in the future.

ClassBet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on this page. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be notified via on-platform announcements or email where practicable.

2. Account Registration

To place bets or play casino games on ClassBet, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. ClassBet operates a strict 18+ policy and will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 18 to create or use an account.
• You may only hold one ClassBet account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is prohibited. ClassBet may close all related accounts and withhold balances pending investigation if duplicate accounts are detected.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and truthful. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• You must not register an account on behalf of another person or allow any other person to use your ClassBet account for any purpose.
• Account registration and use is personal to you. Sharing login credentials with any other person is prohibited.
• ClassBet reserves the right to decline any registration at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

ClassBet is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its standard account security and anti-fraud procedures. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC).

• ClassBet may request identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, after reaching certain deposit thresholds or at any time deemed necessary by the platform's compliance team.
• Accepted identity documents include a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification.
• Proof of payment method may also be requested — for example, confirmation that the Easypaisa or JazzCash account used for deposit is registered in your name.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in delays to withdrawals or temporary account restriction.
• All documents submitted to ClassBet for verification purposes are stored securely and used only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• ClassBet charges no fees on any deposit. Third-party charges from your mobile wallet or bank are outside ClassBet's control.
• Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are typically credited instantly. Bank IBFT deposits process within 1–2 business hours. Card deposits are processed within 30 minutes.
• Funds may only be deposited from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods; Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT and card withdrawals.
• ClassBet charges no fees on any withdrawal. Your bank or mobile provider's receiving fees are not controlled by ClassBet.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the original deposit as a standard anti-fraud requirement.
• All withdrawals are subject to manual review and approval by ClassBet's payments team. Most mobile wallet withdrawals are approved within minutes during regular processing hours.
• ClassBet reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected irregular activity.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before the relevant portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ClassBet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page.

• Bonuses are credited to your ClassBet account as bonus funds. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed. The applicable multiple is stated on each promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game type are stated on the relevant promotion page.
• ClassBet promotions are intended for one account per player, per household and per shared device. Attempts to exploit promotions by creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts to claim the same offer multiple times will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in account suspension.
• ClassBet reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been claimed and wagering is in progress, ClassBet will give reasonable notice before modifying terms.
• Free bets and no-deposit bonuses have their own specific terms including maximum winnings caps — these are stated on the relevant promotion.
• Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on ClassBet:

• Bets are accepted subject to the odds and markets displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.
• ClassBet reserves the right to void bets or settle markets at revised odds in cases of technical error, obvious pricing mistakes or data feed failure. Players will be notified of any voided bets and stakes returned.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live data feed being accurate at the time of placement. ClassBet's live scores are provided in good faith but do not constitute the official result for settlement purposes.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, ClassBet's settlement rules for that sport type will apply. In most cases, stakes are returned for single bets on events that do not reach a result. Accumulator rules depend on the number of affected legs.
• Minimum bet amounts are displayed per market. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are applied at ClassBet's discretion.
• ClassBet reserves the right to limit, refuse or void bets from any account at any time, particularly where irregular betting patterns are detected.
• Any bet placed using bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements applicable to that bonus.

7. Casino Games

ClassBet's casino section includes baccarat, card games, the Aviator game, virtual sports and other games available on the platform.

• All casino game outcomes on ClassBet are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited for fairness. No outcome can be predicted, manipulated or influenced by the player or by ClassBet.
• Virtual sports events are simulated — their outcomes are generated by certified RNG before the animated broadcast begins. Real-world events have no bearing on virtual sports results.
• The use of any automated software, bot, script or third-party tool designed to interact with ClassBet's casino games is strictly prohibited. Accounts found using such tools will be closed and funds forfeited.
• Game malfunction voids all plays and pays. Where a technical fault affects a game session, ClassBet will investigate and resolve the situation fairly. Players must report any apparent malfunction immediately via the support channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

• The player has failed to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Duplicate accounts are detected that are associated with the same individual.

• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Use of prohibited software or automated tools is detected.

Where an account is closed due to player-initiated self-exclusion, the verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any applicable bonus wagering requirements are assessed.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach or suspected fraud, ClassBet reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Players will be notified of the outcome of any such investigation where legally permissible.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability
