How ClassBet Keeps Your Data Safe

Six core principles that guide every data decision at ClassBet — from account registration to payment processing.

256-bit SSL Encryption

Every connection to ClassBet is encrypted with 256-bit SSL — the same standard used by major Pakistani banks. Your login details, payment information and personal data are never transmitted in plain text.

PCI-DSS Payment Gateway

Card payments on ClassBet go through a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateway. Your card number is never stored on ClassBet servers. Easypaisa and JazzCash wallet transactions use each provider's own secure authorisation system.

No Third-Party Data Sales

ClassBet does not sell your personal data to any third party, ever. Your information is used only to operate your account, process payments, comply with legal requirements and improve the platform experience for you.

Minimal Data Retention

ClassBet retains personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by applicable law. Data no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised.

You Control Your Cookies

Only essential cookies are placed without consent. Analytics and marketing cookies require your explicit agreement. You can review and change your cookie preferences at any time from your browser or account settings.

Your Rights Are Real

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data ClassBet holds about you. Requests are handled by the ClassBet support team and processed promptly. Full details in the Your Rights section below.

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to ClassBet, the online betting and casino platform operating at classbet.biz ("ClassBet", "we", "us", "our"). ClassBet is the data controller responsible for the personal information collected through this website and all associated services.

By creating an account on ClassBet, making a deposit or otherwise using any feature of classbet.biz, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with how ClassBet handles personal data, please do not use the platform.

Short version: ClassBet collects the data it needs to run your account, process your payments and keep the platform secure. It does not sell your data. It does not share your data with anyone who doesn't need it to help operate your account.

2. Data We Collect

3. How We Use Your Data

ClassBet uses personal data collected from players for the following purposes:

  • Account management: Creating and maintaining your ClassBet account, verifying your identity and age, processing login requests and managing account preferences and limits.
  • Payment processing: Facilitating deposits and withdrawals in PKR via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard. Transaction records are maintained for accounting and dispute resolution purposes.
  • Platform operation: Delivering the betting, casino, virtual sports and other features of ClassBet; recording and settling bets; managing bonuses and promotions.
  • Security and fraud prevention: Detecting and investigating suspicious activity, preventing account sharing, identifying duplicate accounts and protecting against money laundering and other financial crimes.
  • Legal compliance: Meeting obligations under applicable law, including responding to lawful requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
  • Responsible gaming: Monitoring account behaviour to identify patterns that may indicate problem gambling and contacting players proactively where ClassBet's responsible gaming team has a genuine concern.
  • Customer support: Responding to queries, resolving complaints and providing technical assistance.
  • Platform improvement: Using anonymised and aggregated usage data to understand how players use ClassBet and to improve features, performance and content.
  • Marketing communications: Sending promotional emails or in-platform notifications about ClassBet offers — only where you have opted in to receive these. You can unsubscribe at any time.

ClassBet does not use your personal data for any automated decision-making that produces legal effects without human oversight. Responsible gaming flags, for example, are reviewed by a human member of the support team before any action is taken on an account.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

ClassBet processes personal data on the following legal grounds:

  • Contractual necessity: Processing required to fulfil the agreement between ClassBet and the player — including account creation, bet settlement and payment processing. Without this data, ClassBet cannot operate your account.
  • Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws — including identity verification, transaction record-keeping and responding to lawful requests from authorities.
  • Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring and general platform improvement, where these interests do not override your fundamental privacy rights.
  • Consent: Processing for non-essential cookies and direct marketing communications — only where you have provided clear, freely given consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting any other aspect of your account.

5. Payment Data and PKR Transactions

All ClassBet financial transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payment data is handled with particular care given its sensitive nature.

When you make a deposit or request a withdrawal on ClassBet, the following data is processed:

  • The payment method type (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank IBFT)
  • The mobile number or account reference associated with your payment method, confirmed as being registered in your name
  • The transaction amount in PKR
  • The date, time and reference number of the transaction

Card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified third-party payment gateway. The gateway handles card data directly and returns only a tokenised reference to ClassBet — the full card number is never visible to or stored by ClassBet at any point.

Mobile wallet transactions via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are authenticated through each provider's own system. ClassBet receives confirmation of the transaction outcome but does not receive or store your wallet PIN or any authentication credentials.

Transaction records are retained for accounting, tax compliance and dispute resolution purposes for the period required by applicable law, after which they are securely deleted.

Key point: ClassBet never stores your full card number or your mobile wallet PIN. All sensitive payment credentials remain within the respective payment provider's secure infrastructure.

6. Sharing Your Data

ClassBet does not sell your personal data to any third party under any circumstances. Personal data is shared only in the following limited situations:

  • Payment processors: Your payment details are shared with the payment gateway or mobile wallet provider necessary to complete the transaction you have initiated. Each provider has its own privacy practices.
  • Identity verification providers: Where ClassBet uses a third-party KYC provider to verify identity documents, the relevant data is shared with that provider under a data processing agreement that restricts its use to verification purposes only.
  • Technology and infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting, security and analytics providers who process data strictly on ClassBet's behalf under contractual obligations that prohibit independent use of the data.
  • Legal and regulatory bodies: Where required by applicable law or in response to a valid legal request, ClassBet may disclose personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies or courts. ClassBet will notify you of such disclosure where legally permissible to do so.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, personal data held by ClassBet may form part of the transferred assets. Players will be notified before any such transfer if it results in a material change to how their data is processed.

ClassBet does not share your data with advertisers, data brokers or any marketing organisations. You will not start receiving marketing from third-party companies because you registered on ClassBet.

7. Data Retention

ClassBet retains personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy or to comply with applicable legal requirements. General retention guidelines:

  • Active accounts: Personal and account data is retained for the duration of your account's active status plus the legally required period after closure.
  • Transaction records: Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five years from the date of the transaction, in line with standard financial record-keeping requirements.
  • Identity verification documents: CNIC and supporting documents are retained for a minimum period required under applicable anti-money-laundering regulations and deleted securely thereafter.
  • Support communications: Chat logs and email correspondence are retained for a maximum of three years from the date of the interaction, after which they are deleted unless required for an ongoing dispute or legal matter.
  • Marketing opt-in data: Retained until you withdraw consent or close your account, whichever comes first.

When data is no longer required under these guidelines, it is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be linked back to an individual player.

8. Cookies and Tracking

ClassBet uses cookies and similar technologies on classbet.biz to make the platform work correctly, understand how players use the site and — where you have consented — deliver relevant promotional content.

Cookie Settings Overview

You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent ClassBet from functioning correctly. Disabling analytics or marketing cookies will not affect your ability to bet, play or withdraw on ClassBet.

ClassBet does not use third-party advertising cookies or share cookie data with ad networks. Any analytics data collected is processed in aggregate and cannot be used to identify individual players outside of ClassBet's own systems.

9. Security Measures

ClassBet implements a layered set of technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, destruction or disclosure:

  • End-to-end encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and classbet.biz is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS. The padlock in your browser address bar confirms this is active.
  • Access controls: Internal access to player data is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. ClassBet staff who can view personal account data are limited to those with a legitimate operational requirement and are subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Server security: ClassBet's infrastructure uses industry-standard firewall configurations, intrusion detection systems and regular security patching.
  • Secure document storage: KYC documents are stored in an encrypted document management system separate from the main ClassBet platform database.
  • Account authentication: Accounts are protected by password hashing and can optionally be secured with additional authentication. ClassBet will never ask for your password by email or live chat.
  • Incident response: ClassBet maintains a documented data breach response procedure. In the event of a breach that poses a risk to player data, affected players will be notified promptly with clear information about what was affected and what steps have been taken.

No online platform can guarantee absolute security. ClassBet recommends that players use a strong, unique password for their account, never share login credentials and report any suspected unauthorised account access to ClassBet support immediately.

10. Your Rights

As a ClassBet player whose data is processed under this policy, you have the following rights regarding your personal information. To exercise any right, contact ClassBet support at support@classbet.biz with your registered mobile number and a description of your request.

Right to Access

You have the right to request a copy of all personal data ClassBet holds about you, including your account information, transaction history and any communications records. ClassBet will provide this within a reasonable timeframe.

Right to Correction

If any personal data ClassBet holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction. Contact support with the correct information and ClassBet will update your records.

Right to Deletion

You may request that ClassBet delete your personal data. This right applies when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected, or when you withdraw consent. Note that certain data must be retained for legal compliance and cannot be deleted on request alone.

Right to Restrict Processing

You may request that ClassBet restrict processing of your data while a correction or objection is pending. During a restriction, your data will be stored but not actively processed beyond what is legally required.

Right to Data Portability

Where technically feasible, you may request a copy of the personal data you provided to ClassBet in a structured, machine-readable format — for example, your account activity history in CSV format.

Right to Withdraw Consent

Where ClassBet processes data on the basis of your consent — such as marketing emails or non-essential cookies — you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect any processing that occurred before the withdrawal.

ClassBet will acknowledge all data rights requests within 5 business days and complete them within 30 days. If a request requires additional time due to its complexity, ClassBet will notify you with a revised timeline.

11. Children's Privacy

ClassBet is strictly an 18+ platform. The platform does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under 18 years of age. Age verification is conducted during registration and may be requested again at any point during your use of the platform.

If ClassBet discovers that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately. Any balance in the account will be returned to the payment method used for deposits, subject to verification, after any applicable regulatory assessment. Related data will be deleted in line with legal requirements.

If you believe that a minor has created an account on ClassBet, please contact support@classbet.biz immediately so the matter can be investigated and resolved without delay.

12. Updates to This Policy

ClassBet may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its data practices, operational requirements or applicable law. The most current version will always be published at classbet.biz/privacy-policy, with the effective date shown at the top of the page.

Where updates are material — meaning they significantly change how ClassBet uses your personal data — players will be notified through on-platform announcements or email (where a verified email address is registered). Continued use of ClassBet following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

If you disagree with any update to this policy, you may request account closure by contacting ClassBet support. Your data will be handled in accordance with the version of this policy in effect at the time of the request.
